RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At KriVonda Curated Exchange, all sales are final due to the unique and secondhand nature of our items. If an item arrives significantly different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you — simply print it and send the item back. In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply to qualifying items. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels supported, informed, and confident in their purchase.
